Who is responsible for your information
DNA Live sells tickets for live music through campaign services. The data controller is DNA Live. For privacy questions, contact info@dna-digital.co.uk.
What we collect
When you request a teardown, we collect your name, email, organisation or event, ticketing platform, venue capacity, next event date, optional budget and any export you upload. Do not upload card details or information about ticket buyers that we do not need. A dated ticket-sales summary is preferable to an export containing names or email addresses.
Why we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, analyse your sales curve and discuss the requested services. Our lawful bases are steps at your request before entering a contract and legitimate interests in handling enquiries. Optional analytics and advertising rely on consent.
Where it is held and who sees it
Enquiries and private exports are stored with Lovable Cloud. Access is restricted to authorised business users. A booking service and email service may also process details when connected.
How long we keep it
We keep information only for as long as needed for the enquiry, agreed services and legal obligations. We will not use an enquiry checkbox as consent to a newsletter.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Security
Exports are held in private storage. We limit access and use proportionate security measures. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Complaints
Please contact info@dna-digital.co.uk first so we can respond. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our processing changes.
